10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation. Detailed JD Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect, and Service Cloud Consultant 10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation. Ability to collaborate and lead workshops with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business stakeholders. Experienced in ensuring seamless Omni-Channel routing and agent experience across voice, chat, and email. Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Omni-Channel setup, and ICT architecture. Mandatory skills* Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect, and Service Cloud Consultant 10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation. Ability to collaborate and lead workshops with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business stakeholders. Experienced in ensuring seamless Omni-Channel routing and agent experience across voice, chat, and email. Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Omni-Channel setup, and ICT architecture. Desired skills* Hands-on experience integrating Amazon Connect and BYOT solutions.
