Required Skills

    2+ end-to-end implementations

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    Sales Cloud & Service Cloud architecture

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    Kantata SX/Kimble

    or similar PSA tools (FinancialForce, Mavenlink).
  • Experience managing

    enterprise SaaS implementations

    with vendor coordination.
  • Proficiency in

    data modeling, declarative development, automation, and reporting

    .
  • Understanding of

    professional services operations

    (resource planning, project accounting, T&E workflows).
  • Strong project management background (Agile/Hybrid).
  • Certifications preferred:
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201)
  • Salesforce App Builder
  • Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Experience with

    integration tools

    (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, etc.).
  • Exposure to

    ERP or Finance systems

    (NetSuite/SAP/Oracle).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical & documentation skills.
