Key Responsibilities

Perform
manual testing
for datasets, APIs, and backend systems
Work closely with data engineering teams to validate
ETL pipelines
Analyze large datasets and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Write test cases, document defects, and ensure timely resolution
Build automation scripts using
Python
for repetitive QA activities
Perform regression testing on API and data workflows
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met

Must-Have Skills

5+ years of experience in
Data QA / Backend QA
Strong in
Python scripting
for automation
Solid understanding of
ETL testing
, data validation, SQL
Proficient in
API testing tools
(Postman, Swagger, etc.)
Experience testing microservices, data pipelines, or cloud-based systems
Strong debugging and analytical thinking skills
