Job Title: Inbound Call Center Agent – Canada Process
Location: Amritsar (Work From Office Only)
Shifts:

• 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM

About the Role

We are hiring Inbound Call Center Agents to handle order-taking and customer support calls from Canada. The role requires good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-friendly attitude.

Call center experience is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers can apply.

Responsibilities

• Attend inbound customer calls from Canada
• Process orders and provide accurate information
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude
• Enter customer details in the system
• Resolve basic queries and escalate when required

Requirements

• Languages: English, Hindi & Punjabi (mandatory)
• Good communication and listening skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work night shifts
• Positive, customer-friendly attitude
