Salesforce Integration Engineer

What are we looking for

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Integration Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating our customer's SaaS platform with Salesforce, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization across systems. This role will involve defining and implementing prospect, customer, and partner flows through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and customer contracting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Integrate Customer SaaS Platforms:

• Design, develop, and implement integrations between customer SaaS platforms and Salesforce, ensuring data consistency and system reliability.

Define Data Flows:

• Map out and define prospect, customer, and partner flows through Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring these flows align with business requirements and best practices.

Support Contracting Processes:

• Implement and maintain integration points that support customer contracting processes within Salesforce, ensuring that contracts and customer data are accurately captured and managed.

Collaborate with Stakeholders:

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to gather integration requirements and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

• Maintain System Integrity:

  Monitor and maintain the integrity of data flows between systems, ensuring that all integrations are functioning optimally and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Document Integration Processes:

• Create and maintain detailed documentation of all integration processes, including data flow diagrams, technical specifications, and troubleshooting guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of
