Job Description

As a Salesforce Engineering Manager at Citizens, your role will involve leading the keep the lights on/run services functionality for the Salesforce platform across all orgs. Your experience as a software developer and architect, transitioning into a strong people leader, will be crucial for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Overseeing Salesforce KTLO (keep the lights on) functions and processes to ensure smooth operations of the platform - Managing currency upgrades, impact analysis, changes to existing functionality, regression testing, certificate renewals, and other routine tasks - Handling Sailpoint IAM/provisioning management, NHAs, license management, IP allow list management, and log monitoring - Creating a knowledge base for key processes and facilitating handover of processes from feature teams - Performing manual monthly data backups, monthly reporting routines, modifying granular permissions, and bulk modification of records - Addressing end user reporting inquiries, large data extracts, data changes to stuck records, Splunk incident alerts, and production defects triage - Managing customer SSO log-in issues, release management activities, tech debt clean-up, health check reviews, minor enhancements, and changes to approval logic - Implementing process automations, validation rules, flows, error handling, and modifications to field level security and sharing rules Qualifications Required: - Broad knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including marketing cloud, service cloud voice/AWS Connect, Mulesoft, and FSC - Demonstrated curiosity to learn and lead with a sense of urgency in a KTLO environment - Experience in managing Salesforce platform functions and processes effectively In this role, you will be an integral part of the Salesforce leadership team at Citizens, contributing to the smooth functioning and optimization of the Salesforce platform across the organization.,
