Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize solutions on the Salesforce CRM platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
• Develop custom workflows, Apex triggers, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages to support business needs.
• Utilize Salesforce low-code tools to configure and customize the CRM platform according to business requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce with external applications and third-party systems using APIs.
• Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and updates.
  

Required Skills Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce automation tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, and governor limits.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, third-party tools, middleware).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and Process Builder for automation.
• Salesforce Developer certification (PD1) is a plus.
  

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CI/CD tools for Salesforce development.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with third-party integrations such as Mulesoft, Tableau, or Marketing Cloud.
