Job Description

Salesforce FSL Developer & Business Analyst (BA) Warranty Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy solutions on

    Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL)

  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams for

    warranty process management

  • Gather and document business requirements related to

    BA Warrant Management

  • Configure and customize Salesforce functionalities to align with client needs
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user training
  • Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems where applicable
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement

Key Skills Required:

  • Salesforce Platform Expertise
  • Hands-on experience with

    Field Service Lightning (FSL)

  • In-depth knowledge of

    BA Warranty Management

    processes
  • Strong understanding of business processes and system integration
