The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Salesforce platforms with hands-on experience in Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Warranty Management processes . This is a hybrid role based in Hyderabad, ideal for candidates who thrive in both collaborative and independent work settings. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy solutions on Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams for warranty process management Gather and document business requirements related to BA Warrant Management Configure and customize Salesforce functionalities to align with client needs Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user training Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems where applicable Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement Key Skills Required: Salesforce Platform Expertise Hands-on experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL) In-depth knowledge of BA Warranty Management processes Strong understanding of business processes and system integration Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
