Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. The ideal candidate will have experience leading Salesforce development projects, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver complex Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Salesforce Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications, including custom objects, fields, and pages.

2. Apex Development: Develop and maintain Apex code, including triggers, classes, and interfaces.

3. Visualforce Development: Develop and maintain Visualforce pages, including custom components and controllers.

4. Lightning Component Development: Develop and maintain Lightning Components, including custom components and applications.

5. Salesforce API Integration: Integrate Salesforce with external systems using Salesforce APIs, including SOAP and REST APIs.

6. Project Leadership: Lead Salesforce development projects, including project planning, execution, and delivery.

7. Mentoring and Training: Mentor and train junior developers on Salesforce development best practices and standards.

8. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure that Salesforce solutions meet business requirements.

9. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

10. Security and Compliance: Ensure that Salesforce solutions meet security and compliance requirements, including data encryption, access control, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

1. Salesforce Experience: At least 5 years of experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

2. Apex Certification: Salesforce Apex certification, such as Salesforce Certified Apex Developer.

3. Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in programming languages, such as Java, C#, and Python.

4. Salesforce API Experience: Experience with Salesforce APIs, including SOAP and REST APIs.

5. Project Management Experience: Experience leading Salesforce development projects, including project planning, execution, and delivery.

6. Mentoring and Training Experience: Experience mentoring and training junior developers on Salesforce development best practices and standards.

7. Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
