We are seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge applications. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Java/J2EE technologies, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms. As a tech lead, you will be responsible for mentoring a team, ensuring best coding practices, and delivering scalable and high-performance solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development team in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure Java applications.Architect, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications with RESTful APIs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and system architecture.Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and optimize application performance.Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to best software development practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system reliability and security.Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices Architecture.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, Web Services, and Messaging Queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).Experience with Relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).Solid understanding of design patterns, security best practices, and performance tuning.Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and version control systems (Git).Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
