Role Overview:

We are open to candidates with deeper experience in either Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud, as long as they demonstrate a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and a willingness to grow in the other area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain marketing journeys and campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  
• Develop and manage Experience Cloud portals, including custom Lightning Components and page layouts
  
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
  
• Implement personalization strategies using data extensions, AMPscript, and dynamic content
  
• Support end-to-end campaign development, testing, QA, and launch
  
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather business requirements and provide technical solutions
  
• Ensure data privacy, security, and platform best practices are followed
  
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation
  

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 4–10 years of relevant Salesforce development experience
  
• Hands-on experience with

  Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, AMPscript)
• Experience working with

  Salesforce Experience Cloud

  (community portals, Lightning Components, page customization)
• Strong grasp of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and data models
  
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customization
  
• Ability to work across time zones and communicate effectively with North American stakeholders
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for scalable, clean code
  

Preferred :

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Developer, Platform Developer I/II, Experience Cloud Consultant)
  
• Experience with analytics tools like Tableau CRM (Einstein), GA4, or HubSpot
  
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
  
• Agile/Scrum experience
