Job Title: Salesforce Developer Lead

Location: Pune (On-site)

About the Role

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to build enterprise-grade Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce development initiatives across multiple clouds and modules.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
Drive hands-on development using
Apex, Flows, LWC, Triggers, Integrations (REST/SOAP)
.
Manage code reviews, quality checks, deployment, and CI/CD best practices.
Work closely with Product Owners, functional consultants, and integration teams.
Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards.
Oversee end-to-end delivery across agile sprints, backlog management, and Jira workflows.
Collaborate on enterprise integrations (ERP/Finance/Marketing systems).
Contribute to architecture decisions, data modelling, and reusable component design.

Service Cloud
SF Omnichannel
Community (Experience) Cloud
CPQ (Good understanding + implementation exposure)
Quote-to-Cash exposure
Integration experience with ERP / Finance / Marketing systems

Technical Expertise

Salesforce Development (7 years) including:

Apex Classes, Triggers
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Flows & Process Automation
Scripts & SSJS

API Integrations (REST / SOAP)
Hands-on configuration & solutioning
Data Architecture & Data Modelling
Mulesoft (good to have)

Good-to-Have Skills (Preferred)

Leading development teams
Conga Composer
Agile Delivery (Jira, backlog grooming, sprint planning)
Project/Technical leadership responsibilities
Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein, Prompt Builder, AI-driven automations)

Soft Skills

Ability to lead and coach developers
