Salesforce Developer Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in user account management, including creating and updating users, profiles, and permission sets.
• Support the configuration and customization of Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
• Help maintain data integrity by performing data imports, updates, and cleanups using tools like Data Loader.
• Collaborate with business teams to document requirements and assist in implementing CRM solutions.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for business analysis.
• Participate in testing and deployment of new features or enhancements.
• Provide end-user support and training documentation as needed.
• Learn and apply Salesforce best practices and industry standards.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and business workflows.
• Familiarity with Salesforce basics (e.g., Trailhead modules, Salesforce Admin fundamentals).
• Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or data analysis tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, or Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, etc.).
