Salesforce Developers

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce CPQ and DocuSign integrations.
• Configure CPQ features including product bundling, discount structures, pricing rules, quote templates, approval workflows, and guided selling.
• Implement and optimize DocuSign workflows, templates, and integrations to support automated signature and document processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (solution architects, project managers, QA, business stakeholders) to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and enhance Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), batch jobs, and APIs.
• Ensure code quality through peer reviews, unit testing, and adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across Salesforce environments.
• Participate in deployment activities across sandboxes and production.
• Maintain clear technical documentation for solutions and processes.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience in offshore or distributed team environments.
• Proven hands-on expertise with Salesforce CPQ (implementation, configuration, troubleshooting).
• Strong experience integrating and configuring DocuSign for Salesforce.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, declarative development, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, etc.).
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and middleware tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Salesforce certifications such as:
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II
• Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist
• Salesforce Administrator
