Job Description

So, what s the job
  • You ll be responsible for development, configuration changes, and building custom solutions using APEX, LWC, and Flows, with exposure to integrations for connected solutions.
  • You ll provide Level 3 technical support to resolve issues on the Salesforce Platform, MuleSoft, and connected third-party applications.
  • You ll assist in incident management, identify risk areas, and proactively manage issues until resolution.
  • You ll follow CI/CD processes to promote changes for testing and production releases.
  • You ll maintain the security, integrity, and overall health of the platform.
    You ll uphold best practices, development guidelines, and security standards.
    You ll proactively recommend new features, improvements, and upgrades to optimize our implementation.
    You ll use customer insights to provide direction for business initiatives.
    You ll ensure best practice customer initiatives are adopted and applied.
  • You ll provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers within company guidelines, regulatory obligations, and SLAs.
  • You ll ensure all confidential information is handled in accordance with company and partner protocols and procedures.
  • You ll maintain high levels of customer relationship management.
  • You ll ensure all contact and interactions are of the highest standard, communicating clearly and appropriately to all stakeholders.
  • You ll collaborate and provide regular reporting and updates to key stakeholders across the Cover-More Group.
  • You ll ensure all communication aligns with the delivery of our Brand Promise to stakeholders.
  • And what are we looking for
    You ll bring several years of hands-on development experience with Salesforce.
  • You ll hold a relevant IT, engineering, or business tertiary qualification, with Salesforce certification highly desirable.
    • You ll demonstrate proven technical and analytical experience with Service Cloud (essential), and experience with Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud is highly valued.
  • You ll have expertise in code deployment, release management, APEX, Lightning, LWC, and SOQL.
  • You ll ideally have experience with MuleSoft, web services, APIs, integrations, and Flows.
  • You ll be familiar with Copado and third-party apps like Conga (a bonus).
  • You ll understand different APEX trigger frameworks and adhere to coding best practices and standards.
    • You ll show proven ability to work in a complex Salesforce environment, using problem-solving skills to identify root causes and own issues through to resolution.
  • You ll communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, demonstrating excellent written and verbal skills.
  • You ll have an eagerness to learn and develop, with a proactive can-do attitude.
