Salesforce Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with 6–10 years of experience and strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and system integrations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Aura Components on Sales/Service Cloud. Configure, implement, and optimize solutions leveraging Salesforce.com technologies. Demonstrate a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, API ecosystem, and enterprise integration patterns. Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical specifications. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines. Work with middleware tools and apply enterprise trigger frameworks/patterns effectively. Perform development on the Force.com platform, including Apex Classes, Triggers, SOQL, and Unit Testing. Troubleshoot and resolve application or integration-related issues in a timely manner. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance where needed. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and emerging technologies. Deliver presentations, demos, and updates to stakeholders across global teams. Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management worldwide. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Any bachelor’s degree acceptable). 6–10 years of total experience with minimum 4 years of hands-on Salesforce coding. Proven expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, and system integrations. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II are preferred. Skill Set Required: Salesforce Development
