Roles and responsibilities
1. Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata) for seamless integration and automation.
2. Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Builder.
3. Deep understanding of Salesforce data modelling, sharing rules, and security architecture.
4. Experience with Salesforce sales cloud, service cloud.
5. Good to know: Familiarity with Salesforce Order Management System (OMS) and its integration patterns.
6. Proven ability to lead and mentor development tasks, code review
7. Experience with DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.
8. Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance across custom and standard Salesforce components.
9. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
10. Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, PD1 are highly desirable.

Good Interpersonal Skills - Builds good working relationship with team members and with the customer as well.
