About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with over 8 years of expertise in Salesforce application development, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical expert, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with business stakeholders to design scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex Salesforce applications and integrations.
  
• Develop advanced customizations using

  Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and APIs

  .
• Architect scalable solutions to support enterprise business processes across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud.
  
• Perform system integrations with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.).
  
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and participate in code reviews.
  
• Guide and mentor junior developers, providing technical leadership within the team.
  
• Manage release cycles, version control (Git, Copado, Jenkins), and CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Troubleshoot high-priority issues and provide long-term system improvements.
  
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, emerging technologies, and recommend adoption where applicable.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  
• 8+ years of

  hands-on Salesforce development

  experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in

  Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura Components, SOQL/SOSL, JavaScript, and APIs

  .
• Deep understanding of Salesforce

  security model, governor limits, and performance optimization

  .
• Proven experience in

  Salesforce integrations and middleware platforms

  .
• Proficiency with

  CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and deployment tools

  .
• Salesforce

  Platform Developer II certification

  (highly preferred).
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in

  Salesforce Industries (Vlocity)

  or advanced Salesforce Clouds.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira/Confluence.
  
• Exposure to AI, Einstein Analytics, or Tableau CRM.
