Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 5 years in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and other developers to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Create and maintain custom objects, triggers, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment of code to various environments.
• Optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce applications.
• Participate in Agile development practices including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Admins, and Business Analysts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Visualforce, and JavaScript.
• Experience in Salesforce configuration including workflows, process builder, flows, etc.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and security architecture.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP APIs, Middleware tools).
• Good knowledge of Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, ANT, SFDX).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug and troubleshoot code.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools for Salesforce (e.g., Copado, Gearset).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Exposure to tools like Jira, Git, and VS Code.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
