Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesforce Delivery Head, based in Noida,India, with an opportunity for partial work-from-home flexibility. The Salesforce Delivery Head will oversee the delivery of Salesforce projects, manage teams, ensure adherence to project timelines, and develop client relationships. Key responsibilities include aligning Salesforce solutions to business goals, providing consultation, and executing projects to achieve operational excellence for clients. This role requires seamless collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Program Management and Project Management, ensuring the successful delivery of end-to-end solutions.
- Proficiency in Team Management and People Management to effectively lead, guide, and support diverse project teams.
- Experience in Consulting, with the ability to provide strategic recommendations and customized Salesforce solutions to clients.
- Proven ability in managing cross-functional teams and fostering partnerships across organizational levels.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms and technologies to align solutions with client requirements.
- Background in a similar leadership role within the consulting or technology domain is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is advantageous.
