Key Responsibilities The CRM Administrator at NxtWave plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our CRM system, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the business. Here is an expanded view of the key responsibilities this role entails: CRM System Configuration System Customization: Customize and configure the CRM system to align with the organization's sales, marketing, and customer service processes. Workflow Optimization: Set up and manage custom fields, workflows, and automations to optimize user experience and streamline business operations. Data Management Data Accuracy: Oversee the accuracy, integrity, and security of customer data within the CRM. Data Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain customer records, ensuring data cleanliness and consistency. Data Quality Assurance: Conduct data deduplication efforts to eliminate duplicate entries and maintain data quality. User Management User Administration: Administer user accounts within the CRM platform, assigning appropriate roles and access levels based on job functions.
