As a Salesforce CPQ Lead at Aethereus, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing CPQ and Sales Cloud solutions to streamline processes and enhance business performance. You will be working with a dynamic team that thrives on being challenged in all aspects of Salesforce. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Salesforce CPQ Expertise: - Hands-on configuration and optimization of Salesforce SteelBrick CPQ, including Product Rules, Price Rules, Pricing Waterfall, and Custom Actions. - Implementing advanced CPQ processes like Approvals, Renewals, and Amendments. - Designing and managing Quote Document Templates tailored to business needs. - Developing and optimizing custom scripts using QCP for advanced CPQ functionality. - Salesforce Development: - Building scalable solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, and Batch Apex. - Designing robust user interfaces with Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Leveraging Visualforce and declarative tools for necessary customizations. - Data and Metadata Management: - Configuring and deploying CPQ data and metadata effectively across environments. - Ensuring data integrity, consistency, and security within Salesforce. - Sales Cloud and Integration: - Configuring and enhancing Sales Cloud features such as Opportunity Management, Lead Conversion, and Reporting. - Integrating Salesforce CPQ with external systems using APIs and middleware tools like MuleSoft. - Collaborating with the team to build and maintain custom integrations between CPQ and ERP/CRM systems. - Optimization and Maintenance: - Troubleshooting and resolving CPQ-related issues for seamless operations. - Continuously optimizing existing CPQ configurations for improved performance and user experience. - Leadership and Collaboration: - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure timely project delivery. - Providing mentorship to junior developers and establishing CPQ best practices within the team. Qualifications and Experience: - 6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce SteelBrick CPQ. - Proven expertise in CPQ functionalities and advanced processes. - Strong Salesforce core development skills including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce. - In-depth understanding of Salesforce CPQ data and metadata deployment. - Experience with Sales Cloud features and integration with CPQ. Preferred Skills: - Salesforce certifications: CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, or Salesforce Administrator. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for deployment and version control. - Strong problem-solving skills and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
