Salesforce Consultant

Role Overview: You should have a good understanding of the Automotive/Manufacturing domain and strong experience in SFDC Sales and Service Cloud. Your role will include providing strong functional expertise in Sales, Service, and Marketing cloud areas of SFDC. You will be responsible for requirement analysis, preparing BRDs, and documenting functional designs. Additionally, you should be adept at suggesting Salesforce solutions to customers and building end-to-end test scenarios in collaboration with Business SMEs and SFDC Dev team. Experience in Lightning and Classic Service console is preferred. Excellent communication skills are a must for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Strong experience in SFDC Sales and Service Cloud - Provide functional expertise in Sales, Service, Marketing cloud areas of SFDC - Analyze requirements, prepare BRDs, and document functional designs - Suggest Salesforce solutions to customers - Build end-to-end test scenarios by engaging with Business SMEs and SFDC Dev team - Experience in Lightning and Classic Service console preferred - Create JIRA dashboards - Demonstrate good interpersonal and presentation skills Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of relevant experience - Excellent communication skills - Strong expertise in SFDC Sales and Service Cloud - Experience in requirement analysis, BRD preparation, and functional design documentation - Proficiency in suggesting Salesforce solutions - Ability to build end-to-end test scenarios - Experience in Lightning and Classic Service console is a plus - Experience in creating JIRA dashboards Note: The location for this position is Pune (work from office).
