Job Description

As a Salesforce Tech Implementation Consultant with 7+ years of experience, your role will involve leading the implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions to meet the business requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design and implement Salesforce applications, and provide technical guidance to development teams. Troubleshooting technical issues, performing data migration, and ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Salesforce CRM implementation projects, including setup, configuration, and customization. - Gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions. - Design and implement Salesforce applications, workflows, and automation. - Provide technical guidance and support during project implementation. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce. - Perform data migration and integration tasks with other enterprise systems. - Conduct user training and post-implementation support. - Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance policies. Qualification Required: - 7+ years of Salesforce implementation experience. - Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. - Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools. - Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, Middleware) and data migration tools. - Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. In addition to the above qualifications, preferred qualifications for this role may include Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Developer certification, experience in Agile project management, and previous industry experience in finance, healthcare, or retail. Please note that the skills required for this role include CRM, data migration, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, REST, Visualforce, SOAP, Apex, Lightning Components, Middleware, Flows, and Process Builder.
