• 5+ years hands-on with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, customizations)
• Managed

  Salesforce Production Support

• Familiar with SLAs, uptime, and issue resolution
• Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Service Cloud, etc.)

Project & Delivery Experience

• Managed or led Salesforce
