Salesforce Business Analyst

The job is located in Chennai and there are 2 positions available with a requirement of 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Business Analyst and at least 3+ years of relevant experience. Immediate joiners are preferred. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be part of a consulting team responsible for participating in multiple, simultaneous projects. Your daily tasks will include gathering and documenting client requirements, supporting existing clients, configuring Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Communities, as well as testing, training, and documentation. You will collaborate with Solution and Technical Architects to deliver successful solutions. Your roles and responsibilities will involve working with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements. You will operate within an agile environment to develop and document user stories and business process flows. Collaborating with internal and client teams to design solutions, complete user stories, and work within Salesforce and other AppExchange solutions to meet project requirements. You will also write and work with clients on complete user acceptance testing stories. Requirements for this position include any Business Analyst or Salesforce certification as an added advantage.
