Job Description / Skill set:

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce implementations.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis sessions.

Solution Design:

  • Collaborate with Salesforce architects and developers to design scalable and effective solutions.
  • Define and document workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure Salesforce best practices and standards are incorporated into solution design.

Salesforce Implementation and Support:

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams during Salesforce implementations.
  • Test Salesforce solutions to validate functionality and ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation support to ensure adoption.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights on how Salesforce can address their challenges.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation to stakeholders at various levels.

Data Management and Analytics:

  • Ensure data integrity by working with data management teams to validate, clean, and migrate data into Salesforce.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.

Training and Change Management:

  • Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to facilitate adoption.
  • Assist in managing organizational change by effectively communicating updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

Salesforce Certifications:

Experience:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

          •   Proven experience in gathering and documenting requirements for Salesforce implementations.

Technical Proficiency:

          •   Strong understanding of Salesforce features such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ.

          •   Familiarity with declarative tools (flows, process builder) and third-party integrations.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

          •   Ability to assess complex business problems and recommend innovative solutions using Salesforce.

Communication Skills:

          •   Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

Project Management:

          •   Experience managing multiple stakeholders and working within agile or iterative development frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

    •         Experience in multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.

    •         Domain expertise in industries such as financial services, healthcare, or retail.

    •         Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other project management and collaboration tools.
