Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst who will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions. The role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, data structures, and business workflows to drive efficiency and scalability. Skill / Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role. Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related applications. Experience with business process modeling and workflow analysis. Proficiency in writing detailed business and functional requirement documents. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with Salesforce integrations, reports, and dashboards. Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components is a plus. Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills. Job Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Translate business needs into functional Salesforce solutions. Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and other IT teams to ensure seamless implementation. Conduct gap analysis and recommend best practices for process improvements. Create detailed documentation, including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications. Assist in designing and executing test plans to ensure system reliability. Provide training and support to end users to enhance adoption and utilization. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies. Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to facilitate communication and alignment. Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements to maximize platform capabilities. Role & responsibilities
