Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of Salesforce ecosystem experience, including 5+ years as a

Technical Architect.

Proven expertise in:

• Sales Cloud lead-to-cash, forecasting, CPQ knowledge preferred.
• Commerce Cloud (B2B LWR) storefront design, APIs, order

management, headless commerce.

• Experience Cloud partner/customer portals, community design,

authentication, and personalization.

• ServiceMax work orders, entitlements, dispatching, preventive

maintenance, mobile/offline capabilities.

• Hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce,

Flows, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs.

• Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models and DevOps tools (Copado,

Gearset, Jenkins).

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, security model, and governor

limits.

• Experience leading multi-cloud Salesforce implementations at enterprise scale.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (CTA track highly

desirable).

• Salesforce Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud certifications.
• ServiceMax Certified Architect/Consultant.
