Description
Key Responsibilities: Architect and design secure, scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements. Define and optimize data models, object relationships, and integrations with external platforms. Provide technical leadership and set architectural direction for Salesforce development teams. Oversee and guide development efforts using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and APIs. Lead platform integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and event-driven architectures. Drive Salesforce platform compliance, governance, and performance optimization across multiple instances. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. Job Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and administration. Deep expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and core Salesforce Platform features. Proficient in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows. Extensive experience with Salesforce integration best practices and API-based connectivity. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and Agile software development methodologies. Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security frameworks, and regulatory compliance. Nice to Have: Salesforce Architect Certifications (Technical Architect, System Architect, or Application Architect). Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Field Service Lightning, or Einstein AI solutions. Exposure to cloud platform integrations with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Experience leading large-scale Salesforce transformation initiatives.
