  development.

• Pre-Sales & Solutioning:

  Support business development through solution demos, RFP responses, and client presentations.

• Innovation & Best Practices:

  Establish and enforce coding standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices for Salesforce implementation.

• Team Development:

  Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Salesforce developers, architects, and consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 12+ years

  of overall Salesforce experience, including

  4+ years

  in leadership or architectural roles
• Strong track record of

  end-to-end Salesforce delivery

  across industries
