1. Expert in Ansys- Classic (APDL) , Workbench, Design Modular, Thermal, Harmonics, Liner & non linear, Fatigue life, and Creep analysis.
2. Proficient in 2D and 3D meshing of sheet metals and plastics using Altair-Hypermesh.
1. Excellent hands on experience in design calculations
2. Proficient understanding of materials and manufacturing process (plastics, sheet metal forming, and die casting)
3. Basic awareness hands on experience in FEA analysis of metal and plastics components.
4. Ability to understand the physical problem, translate it to a FEA model, and interpreting CAE analysis outcomes to provide design recommendations and solutions.
