Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    We are seeking a highly experienced Manager/ Senior Manager in Hardware Design with 10-15 years of experience in the Battery industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hardware architecture design, design analysis, and thermal dissipation data capture. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technologies in the field.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    - Lead hardware requirement gathering, system analysis, and finalization of technical specifications - Prepare design documents including hardware architecture, high-level design, and low-level design - Analyze high-level design requirements and ensure alignment with project goals - Develop technical expertise in hardware design and oversee the hardware development life cycle - Experience in Battery Management System (BMS) development for two-wheeler, three-wheeler, and high-voltage applications

Technical Competencies


    Hardware architecture design and design analysis,High-level design documentation, design, and layout review,Component-level thermal dissipation data capture for thermal analysis,Battery Management System (BMS) development experience

Qualifications and Experience


    Bachelor of Technology in any discipline
