Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities: Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, APIs, etc. Proven experience designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions at scale. Strong background in system integration (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools like MuleSoft). Salesforce certifications: Application Architect or System Architect (ideally both).
