Description Ciklum is looking for a Salesforce Architect to join our team full-time in India. About the role: As a Salesforce Architect, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Responsibilities Support Senior Architects: Work closely with senior Salesforce architects to assist in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions Solution Development: Participate in the development of Salesforce solutions, including customization, configuration, and integration with other systems Technical Learning: Continuously expand your knowledge of Salesforce by participating in training, certifications, and staying updated with Salesforce best practices and trends Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and design specifications Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and contribute to the design of Salesforce solutions that align with their objectives Testing and Quality Assurance: Assist in the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the functionality, data integrity, and security of Salesforce solutions Troubleshooting: Help identify and troubleshoot issues, and work with the team to find and implement solutions Requirements Salesforce Platform Expertise: Proficiency in Salesforce B2B Commerce, including designing and implementing multi-cloud solutions Strong understanding of Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Field Service Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and integrating various Salesforce modules to provide cohesive solutions Architectural Design and Integration: Ability to design comprehensive architecture diagrams that include data flow, integrations, and system interactions. Familiarity with tools like MuleSoft for middleware solutions and Salesforce Connect or Heroku Connect for integrating external systems Knowledge of data governance and integration, ensuring data integrity and security across platforms. This includes managing profiles, permission sets, and understanding master data management (MDM) Project Management and Delivery: Proficient in agile project delivery methods, including managing user stories, personas, and iterative development phases to ensure early ROI and continual feature delivery Ability to handle project risks, such as scope creep and employee turnover, by maintaining thorough documentation and engaging in constant feedback loops with stakeholders Salesforce Technical Architect Skills: Technical Solution Design: Design secure, scalable, and high-performance technical solutions that maximize the potential of the Salesforce platform Broad knowledge across multiple development platforms to assess customer requirements and architecture effectively Implementation Oversight: Guide implementation teams through multi-cloud integration best practices and testing scenarios Participate in the delivery of architected solutions, overseeing implementation and revising plans as needed to meet project goals Advanced Technical Certifications: Salesforce Technical Architect: This credential validates advanced technical skills and knowledge in architecting scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. It includes understanding the architecture environment, implementing management solutions, and ensuring compliance with security standards Other Essential Skills: Stakeholder Management: Engaging with various stakeholders, including executives, to gather requirements and present technical solutions in a business context Adoption and ROI Measurement: Using tools like Adoption Dashboards from the AppExchange to track user adoption and ROI, and iterating solutions based on these metrics to ensure sustained success. Personal skills Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders Problem-Solving: The ability to analyze problems, think critically, and find solutions within the Salesforce environment Teamwork: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team, as youll often collaborate with other Salesforce professionals Attention to Detail: An eye for detail, especially when it comes to data accuracy and system configuration Time Management: Effective time management skills to meet project deadlines and priorities Continuous Learning: A willingness and enthusiasm for learning and staying updated with Salesforce best practices and industry trends Salesforce Certifications: Pursuing Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator, can be a valuable asset Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt and learn quickly, especially when faced with new challenges or complex scenarios Whats in it for you Care: your mental and physical health is our priority.
