Salesforce Architect

The Salesforce Architect based in Noida, working in a Hybrid mode, will be responsible for the research, evaluation, and solutioning of Salesforce Field Service applications. You will lead the analysis of work requests via Jira to recommend config versus custom solutions for FMD improvement. Additionally, you will develop standards for the specific function or technology domain, define design patterns, and configurations that can be reused as building blocks for other solutions. Your expertise in Integration Architecture, Data Architecture and Management, Architectural Design Patterns, and Apex Design Patterns will be crucial. It is essential to have a strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, with Field Service being a requirement. Knowledge of integration architecture with Oracle and MuleSoft is also highly valuable. Possessing Salesforce certifications would be advantageous. Key Skills required for this role include Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Field Service, Apex, LWC, Salesforce Certifications, Agile Methodology, Configuration, and Automations. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelors Degree and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. The necessary technical skills for this position include expertise in Salesforce.com, Technical Architecture, Solutions, Field Services, and Salesforce. Additional skills such as Design Patterns, Agile methodology, and Apex are also beneficial.
