Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom applications using

  LWC

  ,

  Aura Components

  , Apex classes, and triggers.
• Implement complex business logic using Apex, Process Builder, and Flows.
  
• Customize and extend

  Agentforce (Service Cloud)

  to support call center operations and customer service processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Ensure high performance and responsive designs across Salesforce applications.
  
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
  
• Follow and enforce Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies.
  
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
  
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and assist in technical design discussions.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience

  in Salesforce application development and customization.
• Strong proficiency in

  Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  and

  Aura Framework

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Agentforce / Service Cloud

  , including configuration and custom development.
• Proven experience with Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing.
  
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, governor limits, and performance optimization.
  
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs.
  
• Proficiency with development tools such as VS Code, Git, and Salesforce CLI.
  
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  

• Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) certification

  is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Omni-Channel, CTI integrations, and Live Agent in Service Cloud.
  
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
  
• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant, App Builder).
  
• Agile/Scrum experience.
