This role blends UX strategy, product ownership, and go-to-market execution. You ll work closely with leadership, engineering, sales, and marketing to take our vision from idea to adoption. Salesforce Solution Design: Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud to align with client requirements, ensuring scalability and optimal performance. Data Management & Reporting: Set up and manage data structures, dashboards, and reports to deliver actionable insights for business growth and customer service improvements. Process Automation: Use Salesforce tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules to automate business processes and enhance productivity. User Support & Training: Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce solutions.
