Salesforce Agentforce Developer

About the Role :
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Agentforce Developer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in customizing and enhancing the Salesforce Agentforce platform (formerly Financial Services Cloud for Insurance). The ideal candidate will play a key role in streamlining agent onboarding, lead management, and policy servicing through the strategic implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities :
- Customize and enhance Salesforce Agentforce to support business processes in insurance and financial services. - Design and develop Lightning Components, Apex classes, triggers, and complex workflows. - Integrate AI-driven features such as Einstein Analytics and predictive lead scoring to improve customer engagement and sales performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions. - Ensure robust data modeling, API integrations, and security protocols across Salesforce implementations. - Maintain and improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of Salesforce applications. Required Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with specific expertise in Agentforce / Financial Services Cloud. - Proven track record in developing Lightning Web Components, Apex code, and custom workflows. - Certified Salesforce Developer (preferred) and AI certification (required or highly desirable). - Strong understanding of insurance and financial services industry workflows. - Experience with Salesforce integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills :
- Experience with Einstein Analytics, predictive lead scoring, or other AI/ML Salesforce tools. - Familiarity with DevOps practices in a Salesforce environment. - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
