Job Role - Salesforce Administrator

Location: Greater chennai (Guindy)

Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADX201) – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize Salesforce (objects, fields, page layouts, record types).

Manage users, roles, profiles, and permissions to ensure secure access.

Maintain data integrity with validation rules, duplicate management, and cleansing.

Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and approval processes.

Build reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights.

Lead release management activities, including testing and training.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator (ADX201/CRT101) - MANDATE

3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.

Strong skills in declarative Salesforce tools for automation, data management, and security. Proficient in report and dashboard creation to drive data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred.
