Job Description

Administration -

Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and security settings.
Create and maintain objects, fields, record types, workflows, process builder flows, approval processes, and validation rules.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data management processes.
Monitor system usage, data integrity, and provide ongoing system support.
Perform regular system audits and release management activities.

Development -

Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC).
Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs, middleware, or other tools.
Customize Salesforce to meet evolving business requirements.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and implement best practices.
Participate in testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Salesforce applications.
