• Configuration & Customization: Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts,
• workflows, validation rules, and reports to support business needs.
• Process Automation: Implement and optimize automation using Process Builder,
• Flows, and approval processes to improve efficiency.
• Data Management: Oversee data imports, exports, and mass updates while ensuring data quality and compliance with company standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing and IT to gather requirements and deliver system improvements.
• Reporting & Analytics: Develop reports and dashboards to provide business insights and support decision-making.
• System Enhancements & Projects: Assist in testing and implementing new salesforce features, integrations, and releases.

Key Responsibilities - SF Developer

This role is ideal for a mid-level

• Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce Platform using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce Flows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable Salesforce configurations and customizations.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools & and platform events
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including unit testing, code reviews, and deployment support
• Maintain and improve existing Salesforce applications, ensuring high performance and usability.
• Work with Salesforce Admins and Business Analysts to implement best practices & deliver high-quality solutions
• Utilize Salesforce DX and version control tools (e.g., Git, Bitbucket) in development workflows
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and compliance policies.
• Stay up to date on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends.
