Job Description

Lead the end-to-end technical design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers on coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization.

Design scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Einstein Bots/Chatbots.

Design and implement complex business logic using Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, queueables, schedulables, and LWC components.

Review and optimize existing implementations for performance, maintainability, and scalability.

Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and architects to translate business requirements into robust technical designs.

Lead and participate in code reviews, unit testing, and UAT support to ensure high code quality.

Drive integration efforts using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and Middleware tools.

Define and implement release management, CI/CD pipelines, and version control best practices (Git, Copado, or Gearset).

Maintain and enforce data security, governance, and compliance standards in Salesforce environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

7 10 years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2+ years in a technical lead capacity.

Advanced knowledge of Apex (triggers, classes, batch jobs, queueables) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Chatbots (Einstein/Omni-Channel).

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.

Experience in integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Platform Events.

Expertise in Custom Metadata, Custom Settings, Flows, and Process Builder.

Hands-on experience with Version Control (Git) and CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins).

Ability to guide developers through design reviews, technical troubleshooting, and code optimization.

Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
