Job Description

Job Summary:

SF Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day Salesforce administrative tasks such as user creation, role assignment, profile management, and permission settings
Maintain data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and clean-ups
Support end-users by troubleshooting system issues and responding to support tickets
Create and manage reports, dashboards, and workflows based on business requirements
Assist with user training and documentation
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure CRM needs are met
Implement basic configuration changes (fields, page layouts, record types, etc.)
Work closely with senior Salesforce admins or developers for system enhancements
Monitor system performance and coordinate with IT in case of issues

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in any discipline (IT/Computer Science preferred)
13 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role
Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred)
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning
Good understanding of CRM concepts and best practices
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Preferred Skills:

Experience with tools like Data Loader, Excel, and reporting platforms
Basic knowledge of Salesforce automation (flows, process builder, validation rules, Case Management)
Exposure to sales and marketing workflows is a plus
