The ideal candidate for the Salesforce Functional Administrator role is a proven self-starter with a solid background in Salesforce & CPQ administration. You take pride in your ability to apply creative solutions to sophisticated problems in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining users, roles, profiles, security settings, custom objects, and fields. You will also be developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, workflows, and other automation. Providing technical support and training to end-users on Salesforce usage, as well as developing, documenting, and maintaining operational processes and procedures related to Salesforce will be part of your role. Monitoring and analyzing Salesforce usage to ensure that the system is being used to its fullest potential and importing and exporting objects with Data Management Tools are also key responsibilities. Requirements: - 4+ years of Salesforce Administration experience - Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer science or related field - Good understanding of the Salesforce security model - Experience with lightning flows - Experience with Salesforce CPQ - Proficient in SQL and Apex programming - Experience with Lightning platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities - Advanced knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration Preferred: - Knowledge of Revenue cloud is a plus,
