Job Description

The position of IT Sales/Business Development professional is currently open for Post Graduates (MBA) and Graduates (B.Tech - Must) with a minimum experience of 3 to 5 years. Preference will be given to candidates with prior IT sales experience, preferably BE. MBA marketing would be an added advantage. The role involves targeting and acquiring new accounts through various methods such as cold calling, prospecting, networking, and identifying the CXO level contacts in different Industry Segments. You will engage with potential clients to understand their technology needs in a B2B environment and schedule appointments accordingly. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing Partners/Alliances and creating a synergistic environment to enhance business growth. Your duties will include developing the sales team through motivation, counselling, skills development, and product knowledge enhancement to achieve profitable results. Additionally, you will manage the sales administration function, streamline processes, and advise management on maximizing business relationships to foster growth within the customer base. As an IT Sales/Business Development professional, you will be required to drive sales, develop a comprehensive business plan covering sales and revenue targets, and promote the organization's presence in the allocated region. You must ensure that all sales activities adhere to the guidelines of C-Zentrix code of Conduct and be prepared to monitor the sales team's performance by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales meetings and newsletters. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with prior experience in Solution Selling, IT Sales, Software Sales, or SaaS Sales. Strong market analysis, competition tracking, and lead generation skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate should be target-driven and willing to explore new markets, both domestic and international, with a proactive approach.
