Role & responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals. Manage a team of sales representatives and provide training and coaching as needed. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Coordinate with other departments such as logistics, operations, and customer service to ensure smooth operations. Analyse market trends and stay up-to-date on industry developments. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients and stakeholders. Negotiate techno commercial terms and conditions of tenders/ contracts and agreements with clients. Track sales performance and make data-driven decisions to improve sales outcomes. Evaluate and manage sales budgets and expenses. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Preferred candidate profile To apply for a Sales/Business Development Executive/Manager in our specialised road transportation industry one needs a few years of successful sales experience in the industry to perform the job. Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the industry. Additionally, sales officers need to be good leaders and have the ability to motivate and manage a team. The candidate should be willing to travel Pan India at anytime. Should also have the ability to submit presentation to the clients.
