Role & responsibilities:

The Sales Head Composites / Thermoplastics (Pan India) KAM/OEM Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth within the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) sector. This role will involve leading a team of sales professionals, managing key accounts, & building strong relationships with OEM customers to ensure the achievement of sales targets & overall business objectives.

• Drive direct sales activities to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Drive business and sales growth for engineering plastics materials in targeted segment.

• Identifies new business potentials along with new market segments.

• Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Negotiate and close high-value deals with clients.
