Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associates to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and acquiring new clients
• Providing expert advice on equity/mutual fund investments and insurance products
• Assisting clients in creating and managing their investment portfolios
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Staying updated with industry trends and market developments to enhance sales strategies.
• Collaborating with the team to achieve business goals and contributing to overall business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience in mutual fund distribution or financial advisory
• Minimum 2-3 year domain experience required
• Strong knowledge of mutual funds and investment products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and make informed recommendations
• Client-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships
• Proficiency in using financial software and online platforms
